I think the bill of rights on mars would be very much so like ours because it is meant to adapt to future generations, and assuming the population on mars is human, it will adapt to them to. I think some rules like rights reserved with the state should be removed and something like, ones space suit can always and will always be repaired for free. That way if someone tears their space suit, they can get it fixed and be a functional mars citizen. All of the other rights would be the same because they will adapt.

I think that the bill of rights should be similar so we have a similar style of life.
